I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased two Google Chromecast devices from Dubai. However, I am experiencing difficulties connecting them to my Wi-Fi network. Despite multiple attempts, the devices fail to connect.

Could you please confirm if there are any known issues or restrictions regarding the use of Google Chromecast in Iran? I would appreciate any information or assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

• Where did you create your Google Account?
• Do you have any inconvenience when trying to set up your Chromecast?
• Do you have a location error?
• What kind of Chromecast do you have?
