Bought 4 Google Chromecast with Google TV (4K)- Streaming Stick Entertainment with Voice Search. None of them allow me to connect the remote buttons to a TV or soundbar. Different types of TVs and soundbar, performed factory reset on device, reset remote, and deleted cache from infrared services. None of them work. What next?
