Having trouble casting Foxtel app to Chromecast

I am having trouble casting foxtel to my new smart TV with an inbuilt chromecast. I can cast live TV but not from the on demand section.

When I click the symbol to cast, the device is there to select, and it connects saying it's ready to cast. Then I select what I want to watch, it  will spin and go to load but then goes back to the ready to cast (Foxtel) screen.

Don't know if it makes a difference, but I have an iPhone and the TV is android.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi JenWebb,

Streaming service providers develope their own apps so it would be them that you need to contact when having issues with their services.
