Hi everyone, I am having trouble setting in my chromecast. It doesn't let me sign in with my Gmail account, which is working fine on every other device. I tried already to reset tv, Chromecast device and wifi, nothing seems wrong, except when I reach the point of sign in with my account. Of course I tried with a different account, same issue! What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue setting up your Chromecast devices. Let's sort this out.

 

A few questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? What exact message are you getting when signing into your Google Account? If you have a Chromecast with Google TV (4K) or (HD), are you setting it up using the Voice Remote or the Google Home app?
