Hey there BliTzer,
That is a great question! Google gets their images from the Google Cultural Institute. I'm not well versed in the details, but here is their step-by-step guide on how to submit art through them. It involves signing up for their program, and you can find details for that on their FAQ.
I hope that answers your questions! Let us know if you had any more questions, and we'll be happy to help where we can.
Best regards,
Jeran

I did it by opening my Chromecast home app, click on settings then go to ambient settings, then click on Google photos to be played. I think there's three selections & Google photos is one. After clicking make sure you save settings if asked. GL

BliTzer's answer will display your pictures on YOUR Chromecast device.
However, Google doesn't currently have a way for you to submit your pictures to be added to the standard Ambient Mode collection that is shown to everyone else in the world.

Hey there BliTzer,
No problem, since we haven't heard back from Mofizz, and it's been a few days, I'll go ahead and lock up this thread. If you have any more questions or concerns in the future, please feel free to create a new thread.
Thank you for your help on this, you and Byteguy!
Best regards,
Jeran
