Hi Eyadmas,

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. We’re sorry for the trouble, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. Kindly check this: Chromecast firmware versions and release notes, and it will be your basis for the correct firmware version. It would be difficult, though, if this TV model had a built-in Chromecast 1st Gen as its base because it doesn’t receive updates now. Chances are, the update is not for the Chromecast but for the actual smart TV modules, which is a manufacturer's update. Other users perform a factory reset on the actual TV and then set it up completely, but we don’t suggest it, especially if they don’t know how. Instead, we refer them to the TV manufacturer for proper guidance. After all, if it really is a hardware issue, Google won’t replace the TV with a built-in Chromecast, so it’s best to contact the manufacturer. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Kimy
