Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. I’m assuming that you’re using a Chromecast with Google TV. It can be a network-related issue. Try to disconnect your Chromecast device from Wi-Fi and connect it to a different network. You can try your phone’s mobile hotspot if there’s no other network available. If it persists, try a factory reset for a full clean-up, then set it up from scratch.
