Image is froozen from chromecast and macbook/Acer Chromebook

With the old chrome cast all was ok... but When i bought the last version... I can't use it with computer and only phone mobile... it's boring cause I need to cast my screen on my tv... If I use chrome cast it's only for this....

I have reboot the chrome cast 5 times...

I reset the chrome cast... the issue is still here.

• Is the device's power-saving mode turned on?
• How close are the devices to each other?
• Are the Google Cast devices’ firmwares updated?
• When did the problem start?
