Google store has lost my order for the chromecast w/google tv I ordered.
Does anyone know how to contact Google and actually get a reply?
The customer service is non-existent and they don't respond when they say they will and won't refund my money.
I need a corporate number to call
my next call is to the better business bureau

Hey there EMA230,
I'm really sorry to hear that the Google Store team is having trouble returning your calls! I know I would be frustrated as well if my order was missing. With this being the Chromecast support forum, you can always try giving the Chromecast support team a call, and they should be able to get you where you need to go.
