I’ve had my chromecast for over 2 years with no problems. Last week it just stopped with working with no changes to my associated technology (internet, TV, cables etc). I can turn on the TV and the Home Screen comes up when I select the HDMI input. My remote has no effect (even with new batteries) and the google home app just says it’s offline and can’t connect. I have tried resetting it multiple times and nothing changes. I usually connect it to my phones hotspot for internet access but nothing has changed in this aspect. Please help I don’t know what else to try! Thank you!
