Chromecast stuttering image on TV

Hello,

I bought a Chromecast HD device and play using the apps available on the device: Disney+, Netflix etc. On all these devices, playback is stuttering, causing moments where the frame rate drops and sound cuts out for a second or two. This happens at an interval of 1-2 minutes, and is very frustrating.

I have tried to turn off seamless frame match, turn frame rate match off entirely, and turned off Hardware Overlay. Nothing works. Please help.

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry that you're experiencing troubles with the image that is stuttering. I understand how frustrating it can be. Help is here.

 

Before I begin, I would like to ask you a few questions to get started:

 

- What type of Chromecast do you have? Refer to the following to identify Chromecast specifications.

- Is power-saving mode enabled on your Chromecast HD?
- How close are the devices to each other?
- Is your Chromecast HD's firmware up-to-date?
- Are there other apps that actively run on the Chromecast HD?
- When did the problem start?

Try download app sparkle tv , tivimate off ort player an turn on tunneling then should be good.
