I have this exact problem.

Bought the streamer in May. Netflix used to work and then today my wife tried HBO Max and got this error. After messing with it for over 2 hours trying the stuff above finally factory reset it and now Netflix no longer works nor does casting. It is basically a brick. Anyone have any solutions?
