My Google TV remote has stopped working

My Google chome TV remote stopped working yesterday! But it was fine the day before! Now I can't turn on the TV or anything? As if it I'd dead! But the regular TV remote works on the TV and with the Google set up! What happened and can anyone help me fix it? Lee

You can try changing batteries, rebooting or factory resetting the remote.
