Laggy when casting a tab (from laptop to TV) only in full screen

I have been using Google Chrome to cast tabs all the time onto my TV. It worked on my 10-yr-old laptop (Windows 10) for long time. I recently bought a new laptop (Windows 11) Surprisingly the casting isn’t working perfectly like before. Everything is fine but the minute when I cast it in full screen and switch my window to other tasks or minimize my browser, the lag and stuttered frame rate would start. it doesn't have this problem when I have it fullscreen on my laptop. Thanks for your recommendations.
