Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast device is not working. I appreciate your efforts in taking those steps before. I'm happy to help you! 

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Which Chromecast model do you have?
  • Can you see any LED lights on your Chromecast device? If so, what color is it?
  • Are you getting any error messages?
  • Are you using the power adapter that came with your Chromecast?
  • When you say it's not working, do you mean it won't connect to the Google Home app or it won't turn on?
