- Which Chromecast model do you have?
- Can you see any LED lights on your Chromecast device? If so, what color is it?
- Are you getting any error messages?
- Are you using the power adapter that came with your Chromecast?
- When you say it's not working, do you mean it won't connect to the Google Home app or it won't turn on?
