Mi Chromecast con Google TV no tiene audio

Desde esta mañana no se escucha nada en ninguna aplicación de mi Chromecast con Google TV.

Se ve todo perfectamente pero no se escucha nada: ni Twitch, ni YouTube, ni Netflix, ni Crunchyroll... nada, en ninguna aplicación hay sonido.

He conseguido que se escuchase una vez al desconectarlo de la TV, esperar 30 segundos y volverlo a conectar. Pero sólo se escuchó durante un par de minutos y luego volvió a quedarse sin sonido.

Ya no he podido conseguir que se vuelva a escuchar de ninguna manera.

I have found a temporary fix that another user (not a community member, nor anyone of this company) have managed to do.

 

Switching off the option of HDMI-CEC, suddenly made to come back the sound on every app and platform of my Chromecast.

 

Now, with this information I urge you to find a fix for this problem.

Thank you for your response. I recommend checking for any pending updates. To do so, please follow these steps: Go to All Settings > System > About > System Update.

My Chromecast have the latest update.

My Chromecast is updated with the latest version. And I have the same problem: when I turn on my Chromecast it have sound for the first 2-3 seconds and then it goes silent.

  • What Chromecast model are you using? You can use this Help Center article as a reference for Chromecast and Google TV streamer specifications.
  • Are you using an Android or iPhone device for setup?
  • Have you tried using another TV to see if the inconvenience persists?

It's a Chromecast with Google TV.

I'm using an Android device to set it up.

I don't have any other TVs.

Yes. I have tried all my HDMI ports and always the same problem: it have sound the first 3 seconds when I turn on the Chromecast and then goes silent.
