I understand you are experiencing some issues with your TV since HKPRO does not appear when you try to control it via infrared. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- To start setup, turn on your streaming device at the top right of your TV screen and select your profile and all settings.
- Select Remotes & Accessories Set up remote buttons. You’ll now be on the remote button setup screen. If you haven’t added a device yet, you’ll need to add one before continuing. Select Add a device, and type your device brand.
