My new Chromecast with Google TV is stuck on "signing in to the Chromecast" screen.
I just spent two hours with Google support only to get escalated to a "supervisor", brought through a full reset only to be told that it's a "known issue" and I should send Google feedback.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Extra info:
It's a brand new chromecast.
I'm using a Pixel 6a
My network has previously had a Chromecast ultra.

Thanks for reaching out. After that customer service experience and being faced with a unusable product I just returned it.
