Netflix and Prime TV give error messages when on Chromecast with Google TV

Hello,

I have a running subscription on  but for some time now, I have been unable to stream from the Netflix and Prime TV app on my device (Chromecast with Google TV). Only Youtube works on the Chromecast. These apps (Netflix and Prime) work fine on my phone and tab. I have uninstalled the apps, restarted the device and also carried out a factory reset . Nothing works. Please help.
