New Google TV Streamer 4K No Setup Menu

I have a bring new Google Streamer 4K. This is the third one I’ve bought, setup on the first two was easy. On my third one, when I plug it into power using the included adapter, and plug it into my TV using the same cable and port that works fine with one of my other Streamers, I just get a ‘G’ logo Google splash screen and then the screen is just black. The light on the back of the Chromecast is blinking white. It is not available in Google Home since I haven’t been able to set up the WiFi yet. Is it just broken? Help! Thanks! 🙂

For your concern, please try the below steps:

• Factory data reset Google TV Streamer device. Follow: How to reset your Chromecast or Google TV Streamer
• Change the power outlet and connect directly to the wall.
• Change the HDMI port.
• Confirm that your device is online on your Google Home app when you finish the setup.
