Is it possible add a PIN to the Parent's profile on the Chromecast? We have kids profiles setup, but they can still access the parents profiles.

Thanks!

Hi @Willie__Profile

Yes this is possible.

Set up a profile lock

Important: With a profile lock, you have to enter the adult’s Google Account PIN or password to exit a kids profile. This is the same PIN or password that you use for Google Pay and other Google services.

  1. From the Google TV home screen, select SettingsRXShorty_0-1688990828181.pngRXShorty_1-1688990827975.png Accounts & Sign In.
  2. Select your kid’s profileRXShorty_2-1688990827972.pngProfile lock.
  3. To turn on "Profile lock," verify your identity and enter your Google Account PIN or password.

To add to what RXShorty mentioned, no it's not possible to add a PIN to a parent profile, only to a kids profile, such that it will require a PIN to exit the kids profile.
