Hola, tengo un problema con mi TV Streamer.
Cuando lo apago e inicio nuevamente (puede ser de un día para otro o al mismo momento), trato de abrir cualquier aplicación pero no reproduce vídeo. Puedo ingresar a todas las aplicaciones, pero cuando selecciono algún título para reproducción (independientemente de la plataforma que seleccione), queda la pantalla en negro y no hay respuesta, es como si ningún título cargara y debo reiniciar siempre el dispositivo para que funcione.
Anteriormente tenía el dispositivo conectado por WiFi, pensando que era problema con el internet por la carga lenta, cambié la conexión a cableada con ethernet pero el problema persiste.
Puede haber algún detalle que pueda verificar para evitar que esto siga sucediendo? Gracias de antemano

You're right, the issue seems to be with both the Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. It doesn't just go black when I select a video; sometimes, it loads the first frame of the video, but then it just stays stuck on that initial frame.

I tried following each step you mentioned, but interestingly, doing it that way caused the same freezing issue when selecting any video from any platform (I tested several and repeated the steps twice to be sure).
I had to reset everything again from the settings menu for it to work properly.

Given that your Google TV Streamer (4K) is still not working with your current TV, I'd like to recommend trying the following:
Try to plug your Google TV Streamer (4K) into a different HDMI port on the TV.
Test your Google TV Streamer (4K) on another TV.
