- When you say it isn't responding, is the screen completely blank, or is it showing the home screen but failing to react to the remote or cast commands?
- What is the color of the status light on your Google TV device?
- Is your Google TV device plugged into a wall outlet for power, or is it plugged into a USB port on your TV?
- Have you tried a "hard restart" by unplugging the power cord from the Google TV device, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in?
