Searchable Apps settings not working

I recently purchased and set up a Google TV 4K streamer, and I noticed that it only shows results from YouTube, so I tried to access the "Searchable Apps" setting, but it seems to be broken and keeps loading forever.

I have already tried restarting the device, updating the software, clearing the cache of the individual apps as well as the google system app and even performing a factory reset, but the problem persists.

 

I really need help here as the unified search was the main selling point for me to buy this product.

  • What is the make and model of your TV set?

  • Is the Google TV Streamer (4K) directly plugged into an HDMI port of the TV set?

  • What is the status of the Chromecast LED light?

  • How far from the router is your Google TV Streamer (4K)?

  • How many Mbps is your internet connection speed?

  • Have you tried to use your Google TV Streamer (4K) on a different TV? Does it show the same behavior?

  • Could you please share some pictures of the trouble?
