Streamer not connecting to my Pioneer Amplifier as Chromecast did

Also as previously reported, unable to connect to Binge and Kayo.  Why?

Why isn't the sound being sourced from my Pioneer amplifier as Chromecast did?

Thanks.   I have raised the Pioneer bit with Google but heard nothing.
