Streaming issue

I had no issues for over a year and then I moved, since moving the chrome cast will pick up streaming once and then need to be reset. It runs through ambient mode fine, but will not allow streaming. Any tips would be helpful.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Based on your description, it seems to be a communication failure between the casting device (Chromecast) and the casting source (phone, tablet, etc.). Let’s identify this more. You mentioned that it started when you moved, are you using a different router now? Since it’s displaying the ambient mode, it means you successfully set it up. Did you encounter any messages during or after setting it up? Have you tried casting using another device? What steps have you tried? I look forward to your response.
