I have a google Streaming Tv box here in Syria, I bought it from germany and tried it successfully there, but once I connected it here in Syria, I got the message, cannot reach internet. I reset it to factory settings and no respond, the message is always the same.
Can anyone help me solving this problem?
Is it possible that google doesn't support its products in Syria?

Hi Bhammad,
Thanks for posting in the community! I understand that your Google streaming device worked correctly in Germany, but now in Syria, you’re receiving a 'cannot reach internet' error. Despite a factory reset, the issue persists. No worries, I can help clarify whether the device is supported in your new location.
Please note that due to US regulations, Google streaming devices—such as Chromecast and Google TV Streamer—are not supported for use in Syria. The error message you are seeing is a direct result of these regional restrictions.
I know how important it is to be able to use your devices while traveling or living abroad. I appreciate you sharing your experience. Please consider submitting your feedback, as it helps us understand our users' needs as we continue to improve our products.
Keep me posted.
Best regards,
Jenniffer
