TCL TV no sound

Hi there,

Since some time I need to unplug my TCL smart Tv, press and hold power button, turn it on again to be able to have sound on the TV using the streamer.

Streamer is connected through hdmi arc port.

Have tried many different stuf till find this way.

It´s annoying! Every day same issue!

  • Have you tried connecting the streamer to a different TV to see if the same issue persists?
  • Is the TV connected to an external receiver, soundbar, or speakers?
  • Have you tried connecting the streamer to a non-ARC HDMI port to see if the sound works normally there?
  • Do you have any other streaming devices (e.g., Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV)? If so, does the same issue occur with those?
