The keyboard does not support Arabic

I did a factory reset and the Arabic language disappeared from the keyboard input. Possible solution The Arabic language is not available in the settings

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! I'm sorry to hear that the keyboard on the Chromecast doesn't support Arabic. If you have the time, would you be able to submit feedback via the Google Home app? While Google won't respond directly back to you, they take all submitted feedback seriously.
