I just got a new Google TV Streamer 4K. I tried to pair a matter-over-thread device with no success, I get the error "this device requires a thread border router".
I have the thread network enabled on the streamer and my phone is on the same network. I'm signed in with the same account on both devices. The streamer is connected via ethernet, but I tried connecting via Wi-Fi too with no change.
On my phone, if I go to settings>google>all services>thread networks I see the streamer listed, but it says unavailable. How can I fix this?

Hi MME1122,
Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand you're trying to pair a Matter/Thread device with your new Google TV Streamer (4K) but you're getting the 'this device requires a thread border router' message even though your streamer device has the Thread network enabled. I appreciate that you've already tried to connect it using Wi-Fi. I'd be glad to help!
To troubleshoot this issue, please check the following:
Please keep me posted.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I've verified that the thread network is enabled and I've tried rebooting the streamer, no change.

I'm using a Level Bolt (matter). I also have an Aqara M100 hub which is also not able to see the thread network from the streamer.
The streamer is set up in the Google Home app, and they are both up to date.
