Tv problem remote and bluetooth

Hey , I disconnected my remote and I did not ever use universal remotes or something to control the tv ever . 
 Now I tried it and I need to use the code to get the Bluetooth but I obviously can t because I don t have anything to make it pair (I have the code but my remote doesn’t go so I can t say that I wanna pair it)

how can I resolve? Thanks

Hi Qasim,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. The Chromecast Voice Remote only has control for three functions, which are power, volume, and input. In some cases, not all three functions work, depending on the TV’s make and model. In some cases, it’s not even compatible. Kindly confirm if what you can’t pair is the TV and the remote, or is it the Chromecast device and its remote? You may not have a chance to pair the TV and remote if you can’t even control your Chromecast because it’s not paired with its own remote.
