Unable to reach Google servers

I am trying to setup my soundbar and tv when adding a device. The message comes up... ( Unable to reach google servers. The apps work fine.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Usually, the setup involving the soundbar and TV is for the remote buttons. It’s a bit strange for server-related errors to pop up in that scenario. But since that’s what’s happening, it would be best to work on your router's DNS. If it’s currently set to your ISP’s DNS, then change it to Google’s DNS (custom 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). But if it’s already set to Google’s DNS, then set it to your ISP’s DNS. It can be done in the router’s settings, and it varies per router brand and model. If you need to know how, you can contact the manufacturer of your router or your ISP if they gave you that router.
