WiFi connection

Can someone help me figure out why it won’t connect to WiFi. It worked good for months and now it won’t connecnt

if you are using 5g hz wifi it only connects on a few lower channels 36 - 59 if you have auto channel search on the router it may have changed the channel to a higher one that chromecast device does not connect to.

I had this issue and selected the lowest channel 36 and turn auto channel off. I have no neighbour interference so it did not matter to me. works fine now. I know this.

no issue connecting if using 2.4ghz wifi.
