Witam. Po ostatniej aktualizacji google chromecast 4k nie mogę nic oglądać na skyschowtaim

Po ostatniej aktualizacji przestał mi działać skyschowtaim. Mogę się zalogować przeglądać zawartość obejrzeć zwiastun ale odkładać cały film już nie. Nie wyświetla się żaden błąd po kontakcie z skyschowtaim stwierdzili ze problem jest z chromekastem. Wiecie jak rozwiązać ten problem?

Witam. Problem jest tylko z skyschowtaim i polega na tym że po wejściu w aplikacje mogę przeglądać zawartość pościć zwiastun ale samego filmu już nie wogule nie chce się włączyć

Thank you for your response. Let's work together for a solution.

We need to remove the app from the Chromecast to clear the cache of the app and see if maybe there is a pending update. Please follow the next steps:

  1. From the Google TV home screen, scroll to the "Your apps" row.
  2. Find the app you want to uninstall.
  3. Hold the Select button on your remote until a menu appears.
  4. Select View Details >Uninstall.

Then we need to reboot the Chromecast, so follow the next steps:

From Google TV

  1. Using your Chromecast Voice Remote, navigate to the upper right of your TV screen > Settings.
  2. Select System > Restart > Restart.

From the power source

  1. Unplug the power cable from Chromecast with Google TV.
  2. Leave it unplugged for one minute.
  3. Insert the cable back into Chromecast with Google TV.

Note: When you unplug Chromecast with Google TV from the TV’s HDMI port, it does not reboot the device. It must be disconnected from the power source in order to reboot.

Już tak zrobiłem i nie pomogło zrobiłem też reset chromekasta do ustawień fabrycznych i nadal ten sam problem

I know they told you to contact us, but we've already tried everything to try to resolve this issue. This suggests that there may be a problem with the SkyShowtime app.
