My wife and I have 2 YouTube accounts each. YouTube works without issue on all platforms with one exception. One of my wife's accounts gets a Something Went Wrong error about 30 seconds into any video she plays. This only happens on the Google TV Streamer. I have tried logging the account off and on, reinstalling the app, and deleting then adding back the account on the app and the streamer. I'm looking for ideas. Thanks!

GeremiG,
Thanks for your reply. This is regular YouTube account. Everything we have used on the Streamer so far has worked flawlessly, with this one exception of course. The Streamer is updated. I checked again yesterday to see if the problem had cleared up, but it has not. Any video we play on that account gives the same error. Thanks again!

Hi @sargon102!
Thanks for the update. Since your Google TV Streamer is up-to-date, it is a regular YouTube account and the issue is only occurring with a specific YouTube account. I recommend contacting YouTube's support team directly. They have the tools and expertise to investigate whether there is an account-specific issue that is affecting playback on your Google TV Streamer.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Geremi

I appreciate your help with this, but her account works fine on all her other devices. The problem is specific to the Streamer. Hence my reaching out here.
