YouTube kids not in kids profile

Been having an issue on both of my 4k Google TV Chromecast recently with YouTube kids not being available in kids profiles. Sometimes if I do a factory reset and set up a new account it will be available for install but will eventually be removed and not show again in the kids profile but will be fine in the main profile. I've seen a few posts with similar issues but no reponse on whats going on.

Just to add I've removed and created the profiles alongaide factory reseting the device a number of times
