bluetooth headphones don't connect to Streamer

I have a pair of Open Run by Shokz that I wear when listening to my chromecast, but I recently purchased a Streamer and cannot for the life of me get them to pair with the Streamer now. I deleted them from the old Chromecast  that was moved to another room so they wouldn't connect AND NOW THEY WONT PAIR WITH EITHER!

• Have you tried rebooting your TV by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in?
• Do your OpenRun headphones connect to your phone, tablet, or computer?

• Yes I've rebooted my headphones before trying to connect. 
• No other Bluetooth device will pair with the chromecast or streamer now
• Yes I've also tried power cycling both the chromecast and streamer
• Yes my OpenRun headphones will pair with my phone and other devices.

All submitted! Also update: I was able to pair an old pair of LC-Dolida headphones today that I wasn't able to yesterday.
