paying for peacock and its not recognizing it anymore

I pay monthly for premium thru google and its not being recognized any more, what's up with that?  is there a setting that's changed or needs to be updated?  i cannot find any assistance for that.  Peacock cant help since I pay thru a third party, google.

Before I begin, I need to ask a few questions for further assistance:

  • On what device did you purchase that subscription?
  • When did you purchase the subscription, and when did it disappear?
  • Did you get any receipt for confirmation on your email?
  • Do you have any other streaming devices (e.g., Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, or cell phone)? If so, does the same issue happen on those devices?
  • Make sure that you are on the same account.
