ive been having a problem where when i say “hey google” it responds with “please log in through the google home app”. i was like cool okay easy. so i download the app again and try logging in, but when i proceed it says “problem connecting to cloud”.
i dont know why its doing this. i have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, refreshing the app; but nothing has worked.
my google home was working just fine about a month ago so i dont know why this is happening. is there an explanation or something i can do to fix it?
any help is appreciated, thank you.
