status of CCwGTV update?

Anybody here know what's up with the Android 14, and beyond, updates to the CCwGTV4K? I delayed updating when there were reports of problems and a withdrawal of the update. Checked just now and still no updates available for my CCwGTV4K

I saw several news feed items yesterday about "even more" updates to CCwGTV, this time with more support for connected home stuff, similar to the GTV Streamer. As noted, I haven't even been able to get the Android 14 update yet. (From what I've read, that may have been a good thing for now, Won't they eventually resume updates with fixed code?)
