403 Error for google Home Premium

I've been getting the error message below every time I try to look up Google Home Premium.  I try to use different devices/web browsers/ personal and at work, cellular/wifi, log out and nothing seems to help.  I tried to chatgpt issue and cleared cache, incognito mode, and nothing works.  It's been happening for years and really frustrating.  Can someone please help?

Hi froggies

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand you’ve been consistently encountering a 403 Access Denied error when trying to reach the Google Home Premium page. I realize how frustrating this is, especially since it has been happening for years and the issue persists despite your efforts. I appreciate the detailed information and the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. No worries; I’m here to help!

To better assist you, I’d like to ask for the following information:

  • Could you clarify what specific action you were attempting? For example, were you signing up for a new subscription, updating your payment method, or modifying an existing one?
  • If you have an active subscription, do you happen to know if it was purchased directly from the Google Store or through a third-party provider?
  • Could you provide a screenshot of the page where the error appears?

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
