Activate canceled subscription, showing it is canceled and will end October 2026

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand how confusing it is to find  a “canceled” status when your service is active until October 2026. I’m jumping in now to investigate what's causing this display error.

To better assist you, please provide the following details:

  • What type of subscription are you referring to?
  • Where did you originally purchase your subscription? If it was through a third party, you can check this article for more details: Nest Aware subscription purchased from a partner.
  • Are you currently able to access your video history, or has the recording feature already stopped?
