It is so frustrating I paid for a subscription, but I can never view my nest camera when I'm away because we're no longer on the same Wi-Fi network. How do you fix this issue if we cannot I want to end my subscription ASAP thank you.

We have always been able to access our Google Nest cameras when we are away from home. If you cannot, it may be due to your phone's settings. For example, under Settings | Apps | Google Home, do you have "Cellular Data" turned on?
