I’m getting charged for a nest subscription but I am not signed up for a subscription. My credit card wants me to cancel with nest but I can’t find any info or know how to get in contact with billing. I don’t even own a nest.

  • What happens when you go to the Google Store to check your subscriptions?
  • Is there any subscription listed there? Please make sure you are signed in with the Google Account/email address where you may have received a billing receipt.

If you don't see a subscription listed but can confirm a charge from us, the team would like to learn more about this situation.
