Got a new router from TalkTalk and spent 4 hours trying to reconnect my older Nest camera to the router.
Turns out the new router runs at 5GHz and the camera wanted only 2.4 GHz.
Finally succeeded only with the help of ChatGPT
Help and advice from Google was totally inadequate. When I tried the chat option I got “not available”.
I guess Google supports only new cameras bought at £120
Thank goodness for ChatGPT

I understand this situation can be concerning, to spend four hours troubleshooting only to find a frequency conflict, and also due to the lack of immediate support when you reach out. I appreciate you sharing the specific fix regarding the 2.4 GHz vs. 5 GHz network settings, and for the time trying to contact our support team.
