Filing a claim not submitting saying "needs to refresh page"

Did anyone else get a "refresh page error" when trying to submit a claim getting a replacement nest camera> Un trying to fill out the form but it won't let me submit the form and I can't find a way to contact google support to talk to someone. Any suggestions on what to do?
