Google Home Premium quit working with five months left on my subscription

I have a Google Home Premium annual subscription that expires 5/12/2026. It no longer works and Google is now alerting me that I need a new subscription to get the services that I have already paid for. My subscription is correctly mounted to the correct home.
It is currently during business hours and their phone and chat options are greyed out, leaving only Facebook or Twitter. I quit both of these and no longer have an account with either company.

Hi WineSwami,

Thanks for posting in the community! I understand that your Google Home Premium subscription—valid through May 12, 2026—is currently inactive despite being assigned to the correct Home structure. Even though you have five months remaining, the app is requesting a new subscription. I appreciate you taking the time to attempt to reach us through multiple support channels; however, you found those options inaccessible for various reasons. No worries, I’m happy to assist you with this!

To ensure your case is handled correctly, please contact us via phone. To get in touch with us, visit our Contact Us page and follow the prompts until you reach Contact Options. Then select “Get a Call” or “Chat.” Our team has the necessary information and resources to provide you with the available options to resolve this inconvenience.

Keep me posted.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
