my count of nest camara, is out or service. l had several years function age , but one day , mi service of memory is out. and said me that only my brother can to buy this subscription. the email does not recognize the password , and l have to take this services, is important, for have take care of my parents. I select the option "I don't remember the password" and it tells me to send a code, but it never arrives. The account we had registered for these cameras is of Hotmail. I don't know if that's why, but I already migrated it to Google, but it doesn't allow me to acquire Nest Aware. this problem has about approximately two months. What option do you recommend I do?
