I bought several Nest products and had a subscription to Nest Aware (now apparently Google Home premium?). I no longer use the system, but hadn’t cancelled the auto renewal.
My issue is it doesn’t show up as a subscription anywhere that I can cancel. If I go into the Home app it says I have an unused subscription. But if I go to subscriptions it says I don’t have one to cancel! I’ve checked Google Play, Google Store, Nest Store. No subscription. Yet I was just billed $108 today for it. Same Google account.

So I figured out what I had to do, your results may vary.
I no longer had a “Home” in my Google Home app. When I re-added a Home, under settings it showed I had an unused subscription. I had to ADD the subscription to my new, empty Home, go through some generic setup because I no longer have any Nest items, THEN I was able to go back into settings and cancel the subscription.
Here’s the kicker. I had no idea when it renewed and only received a “we’ve renewed your subscription” email the day it renewed. Then, no way to cancel. So like others I’ve read I’ll try to place a dispute with my credit card company.
Good luck

Same here. It seems that Google intentionally makes it impossible to cancel. Just another reason for us to ditch Google entirely.
