Nest Aware subscription

If ADT Plus can’t setup my 1st Generation Outdoor camera how do they have 24/7 Nest Aware.    Now they won’t honor the self monitoring at no charge on my (Nest Secure) ADT startup platform

In partnership, Google and ADT have integrated Google Nest devices and services into ADT home security systems.
